The Workforce Development Board (WDB) of Jefferson and Franklin Counties will be submitting the Program Year 2020 through 2024 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Plan (7/1/2020-6/30/2024) under Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Public Law 113-128.
