PUBLIC NOTICE

            The Office of Job Training Programs, Jefferson/Franklin Counties, Inc., is hereby issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a contractor(s) that will provide staffing in Missouri Job Centers within the Jefferson and Franklin Counties region. These staff will deliver workforce development services to adult, dislocated worker, and youth job seeker and employer customers.

            All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions and formats contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP) packet.  The RFP packet is available by request by contacting ojtp@jeff-frankjobs.com or the address below:

            Proposals must be sealed, marked Request for Proposal Bid on the outside of the envelope, and received by the Office of Job Training Programs at the above address no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 24, 2021.  Proposals submitted after due date will be returned unopened.

            The Office of Job Training Programs reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
