The Office of Job Training Programs, Jefferson/Franklin Counties, Inc., is hereby issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a contractor(s) that will provide staffing for educational and employment programs funded with Temporary Assistance for Needy Families and Food and Nutrition Service funds within the Jefferson and Franklin Counties region.
All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions and formats contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP) packet. The RFP packet is available by contacting:

Proposals must be sealed, marked Request for Proposal Bid on the outside of the envelope, and received by the Office of Job Training Programs at the above address no later than 3:00 p.m. on October 18, 2019. Proposals submitted after due date will be returned unopened.
The Office of Job Training Programs reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
