The Workforce Development Board (WDB) of Jefferson and Franklin Counties will be submitting the Program Year 2024 through 2027 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Local Plan and St. Louis Regional Plan (7/1/2024-6/30/2028) under Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Public Law 113-128 and is seeking public comments.

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I funds provides occupational skills training, on-the-job training, work experience, employment services and other appropriate activities as allowed under the Act to eligible residents.

The Office of Job Training Programs, Jefferson/Franklin Counties, Inc., is hereby issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a contractor(s) that will provide staffing in Missouri Job Centers within the Jefferson and Franklin Counties region. These staff will deliver workforce development services to adult, dislocated worker, and youth job seeker and employer customers.
