The Workforce Development Board (WDB) of Jefferson and Franklin Counties will be submitting a modification to the Program Year (PY)20-23 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Plan (7/1/20-6/30/24) under Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Public Law 113-128.

Funds under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I provide occupational skills training, On-the-Job Training, Work Experience, Dislocated Worker Program, Next Generation Career Center, and other appropriate activities as allowed under the Act to eligible residents.

PUBLIC NOTICE

            The Office of Job Training Programs, Jefferson/Franklin Counties, Inc., is hereby issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a contractor(s) that will provide staffing in Missouri Job Centers within the Jefferson and Franklin Counties region. These staff will deliver workforce development services to adult, dislocated worker, and youth job seeker and employer customers.

The Workforce Development Board (WDB) of Jefferson and Franklin Counties will meet at Jefferson College, Arnold, MO and East Central College, Union, MO. Due to COVID-19 Meetings may occur via Zoom. Tentative Agenda to discuss Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs. The meetings are open to the public. If you would like to attend please email leckhoff@jeff-frankjobs.com.
